The species is endangered and is currently facing the possibility of extinction because of poaching and forest destruction. It is endemic to forests in the Philippines.

GUNNNNSHOW!

I lied. was gonna go pump iron… but then I felt my dinner coming back up. So now I’m waiting for my tummy to settle. Had a turkey sammich, 3 bowls of cereal, 3 30g protien detour meal replacement bars, 2 cheese burritos, 1 cup of roasted edamame, so.much.ice.cream, and some fruit. I need to find more calorie dense foods… I haven’t thrown up since I was like 13 and suffering from stomach flu. Shit ain’t pretty….

I wanna go to my grandmas house where she just cooks everything with fat and I can eat a normal portion of her food and it’ll be enough to at least maintain. Haha…

maintaining and being a picky eater is hard… because if it isn’t homemade than it has to be at least a bit natural or else I can’t stomach it. Like these bars and ice cream are already killing me…

SIDENOTE,

my weekend starts tomorrow ;)

but ends thursday night :(

and yes… I eat a lot. So best believe my future gf better like cooking.

Got poked on my sides and arms all day at work today… that was soooo not fun.

my ribcage is sore and my arms as well.

Though my morning workout was enjoyable…

I wanted a “do not touch me” sign.

but… lets face it…

if the ladies wanna touch I can’t say no ;)
